Two of the best stories of overcoming adversity, proving the doubters wrong, going from the bottom to the top are right here with the Eagles in GM Howie Roseman and Head Coach Doug Pederson.

After leading the Eagles to their first-ever Lombardi, both received contract extensions from the team today that will keep them in Philadelphia until 2022.

How did Roseman, after losing a power struggle to Chip Kelly, annexed to the other side of Nova Care, and Doug Pederson, the last choice it seemed of head coaching candidates for the Eagles while not a consideration by any other team, become two of the best at their positions in the NFL?

We discuss along with the Eagles re-signing veteran safety Corey Graham to a one-year deal.
